Share your #NewForestFun this summer

Full-on adventure, or a simple picnic with friends; share New Forest photos with the hashtag #NewForestFun for the opportunity to win some great prizes!

Families exploring the New Forest this summer can now share their adventures on social media using #NewForestFun to be in with the chance to win a fantastic prize. These include free entry to attractions, overnight stays, days out and more. Each week the prize will change and each week visitors can enter again – meaning there’s no limit to the fun you can capture!

From gentle walks to day-long trails, family cycle rides to pony treks; when it comes to holidays, short breaks and day trips, the New Forest has it all.

For the adventurous, New Forest Activities offers a forest ropes course, family bushcraft, archery, kayaking and canoeing on the picturesque Beaulieu River. Water babies will enjoy wakeboarding at the New Forest Water Park at Fordingbridge, or sail on a skippered luxury yacht with Escape Yachting. For a more relaxing experience, get close to nature with a walk and a chilled-out picnic in the stunning Forest.

Theme park entertainment comes via Paultons Park which has the UK’s only Peppa Pig World and the Lost Kingdom Dinosaur Theme Park, complete with animatronic dinosaurs and two new world-class rollercoasters. Younger children will love the animals and tractor rides at Longdown Activity Farm.

For older children and petrol-head adults, there’s Beaulieu’s National Motor Museum which features more than 250 vehicles, including Donald Campbell’s world record-holding Bluebird, plus the World of Top Gear and a new exhibition, Driving Change. Motorbike fans will love the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum near New Milton, with its collection of rare and restored bikes.

The New Forest is only 89 minutes from London Waterloo, perfect for a day trip. Or pick a fantastic hotel, self-catering accommodation, B&B or holiday park for a longer summer escape.
